  • Rolled Oats 20g (or instant oats)

  • A banana (about140g, cut into small pieces and frozen)

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk

  • Peanut Butter 25g

  • 2 teaspoon White sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt

  • Ice cubes (optional) 40g

Prepare 20g instant oats, a frozen banana (cut into small pieces and frozen), 1/2 cup of almond milk, 25g peanut butter, 2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 40g ice cubes.

Open top lid, add all ingredients into the grinding chamber, and close the lid tightly.
