Prepare 20g instant oats, a frozen banana (cut into small pieces and frozen), 1/2 cup of almond milk, 25g peanut butter, 2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 40g ice cubes.
