PREPARE

  • 1 spoon Extra virgin olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves 20g (crushed)

  • Chopped thyme 2g

  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Hot sauce

  • 300g chickpeas (canned or soak raw chickpeas with half a tablespoon of baking soda overnight and boil until they can be crushed by hand)

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon White pepper

  • Tahini 50g

  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder

  • 1 spoon Lemon juice

  • 4/5 cup water

Prepare 1 tspoon of extra virgin olive oil, 4 garlic cloves (mashed), 2g chopped thyme, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1/4 teaspoon of hot sauce, 300g chickpeas (canned or soak raw chickpeas with half a tablespoon of baking soda overnight and boil until they can be crushed by hand), 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper, 50g tahini, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 spoon of lemon juice, 4/5 cup of water.

Open top lid, add all ingredients into the grinding chamber, and close the lid tightly.
