Prepare 1 tspoon of extra virgin olive oil, 4 garlic cloves (mashed), 2g chopped thyme, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1/4 teaspoon of hot sauce, 300g chickpeas (canned or soak raw chickpeas with half a tablespoon of baking soda overnight and boil until they can be crushed by hand), 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper, 50g tahini, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 spoon of lemon juice, 4/5 cup of water.
