  • Frozen watermelon 200g

  • 1 red apple (cut into pieces) 100g

  • Juice (use the appropriate amount of lemon juice) 1/2 teaspoon

  • 1 cup water

Prepare 50g kale, 200g cucumber, 20g celery, 100g grapes (peeled and seeded), 200g frozen watermelon, 100g red apple (cut into pieces), 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1 cup of water.
