  • salt 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/8 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Black Pepper 1/4 teaspoon

  • Garlic (chopped) 1 clove

  • Sole 1 piece

  • Fish or basa fish about 360g (after thawing)

  • Fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon

  • Olive oil spray

Mix the salt, turmeric, cumin, black pepper and garlic in a small bowl. Put the fish on the plate. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly on both sides of the fish. Cover the fish and marinate it at room temperature for 20 minutes or store it in refrigerator for 4 hours.

Press the 'POWER* button, select the 'FISH' function, and click the 'POWER' button to preheat the air fryer.
