  • Shrimp (peeled) 1 pound

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  • Coconut powder 1/2 cup

  • Bread crumb 1/2 cup

  • Sea salt 1/4 teaspoon

  • Black pepper 1/8 teaspoon

  • Big egg (stir well) 1

  • Dried parsley 1/2 tablespoon

  • Unsweetened coconut 2 tablespoons (Optional)

  • Olive oil spray

Mix the baking powder, coconut powder, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper and parsley in a bowl.

Soak each shrimp in the prepared egg liquid, and then apply the flour paste. Put the shrimp on the plate until all the shrimps are wrapped with flour paste.

Put the shrimp into the air fryer. You may need to cook it in two batches so that there is adequate space for the shrimps.
