PREPARE

  • A banana (about 140g frozen chunks)

  • Frozen Blackberry 100g

  • Frozen raspberries 200g

  • 1 cup Milk (almond, soybean or milk)

  • 1 teaspoon Honey

  • 1/8 teaspoon Himalayan salt (pink)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Flax seeds (or hemp, chia, optional)

Prepare a frozen banana (sliced), 100g frozen blackberry, 200g frozen raspberry, 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/8 teaspoon of Himalayan salt and 1/2 teaspoon of flax seeds.

Open top lid, add all ingredients into the grinding chamber, and close the lid tightly.
