Water 1/2 cups (about 100g)
Saint Louis pork chop 1 pound (about 450g) (cut into 1 or 1+I/2 inch thick)
Barbecue seasoning 1 teaspoon (or homemade barbecue seasoning)
Barbecue sauce 1 tablespoon
Rapeseed oil cooking spray

Homemade barbecue seasoning: add 2 teaspoons of black sugar, 3/4 teaspoon of smoked chili powder; 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper in a small bowl. Prepare them into 1 big tablespoon of barbecue sauce.

Pour water into the bottom of the air fryer (under the basket).

.Cut the ribs into 1 to 1+1/2 Inch blocks; put them in a big bowl. Sprinkle the barbecue seasoning on the ribs until evenly coated. Spray the cooking spray on the ribs, and stir well.

Gently spray the cooking spray on the basket of air fryer. Put the ribs in the basket. Spray the cooking spray on the top of rib.

Press the 'POWER' button, select the 'RIB' function, and click the 'POWER' button.

Bake for 8 minutes. Shake the ribs in the basket or flip them with pliers; spray the cooking spray on them.

Brush the ribs gently with some seasoning at the last 2 minutes; continue baking for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce is slightly caramelized.

After baking, transfer the ribs to the bowl and mix them with the remaining sauce. Let them cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.
