Granulated sugar 2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon

Toast (1.5~2cm in thickness) 3 slices

Press the 'Power' button, select the 'Preheat' function, set the oven to 350°F.

Add the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla into a large bowl and stir thoroughly with the manual stirrer.

Put a large frying pan on the stove and turn it to medium heat. Put the butter in the frying pan until it is completely melted.

Cut one piece of toast into 3 pieces, take 3-4 pieces of bread in batches and dip them in the egg liquid.

Soak them for 3-4 seconds until they are slightly saturated. Place each slice in the pan where the butter has been melted.

Fry each slice of toast in a pan for 2-4 minutes (depending on color), then turn over with a spatula. Each piece shall be operated in this way. If you have not obtain a golden glow of every piece, it means that you're turning them over too fast. Turn the toast over and cook until the other side becomes brown. Repeat the above steps for the remaining slices.

After the end of the preheat prompt, select the 'Toast' function, set the temperature to 350°F and the time to 8 minutes, press the 'Start' button.
