  • Fish or basa fish about 360g (after thawing)

  • Fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon

.Mix the salt, turmeric, cumin, black pepper and garlic in a small bowl. Put the fish on the plate. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly on both sides of the fish. Cover the fish and marinate it at room temperature for 20 minutes or store it in refrigerator for 4 hours.
