Add the chicken and all the marinades into a big sealing bag. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours and at most 6 hours.

After marinating, put the chicken and marinade into a big bowl.

Wrap the chicken with starch in the dry ingredients, shake off the excess starch, then soak it in the egg fluid, take it out and wrap it with bread crumb.

Spray olive oil on the bottom and side of the air fryer. Put the chicken with bread crumb in a uniform layer; put the rest of the chicken aside. Quickly spray olive oil on top of the chicken and then place the chicken in the air fryer.

Set the temperature of the air fryer to 360°F, select the time to 18 minutes, click the 'Start' button, and start cooking.

When baking for 10 minutes, open the air fryer and shake the basket. If you use a tray type air fryer, turn over the chicken with pliers. Spray the cooking spray on the top of the chicken and continue to bake for another 8 minutes.
